The pricing of products and services is subject to regular revision and cost cannot be guaranteed, may fluctuate until booking is completed. All fares and offers are subject to availability and withdrawn at any time. Cost varies depending on services (flights, holidays, hotels, travel insurance, or others) you are booking with Ash travels. If you book individual services with us, we will make the booking as an agent for the relevant supplier(s) (e.g., the airline or hotel supplier) and your contract is directly subjected to the supplier’s terms and conditions. We shall not enter into a contract until we have accepted your booking and received full payment. We have the right to refuse any of our services at our sole discretion.
We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance for any holiday, as there may be scenarios in which neither Ash Travels nor the travel supplier can assume responsibility due to events beyond our control.
We offer the best services to make your travel easy under the certain condition on your acceptance of the following fare rules of your flight booking or any other services like holiday booking and travel insurance. You must not use us to book any flights if you do not agree to the terms and conditions.
Some fares and taxes are non-refundable, and certain tickets are non-transferable and non-reroutable. Name changes are not permitted after a booking has been finalized. In some airlines or circumstances, the ticket cannot be amended or changed, and we are not responsible. Before booking any of our services, please contact our customer care department.
Carriers retain the right to alter flight schedules at any time before departure. As per carrier instructions, reconfirming 72 hours before departure applies to both outbound and return journeys. Flight fare offers must be used in the order specified in the schedule; if the ticket is used out of order, the rest of the ticket will be invalidated.
If your card refuses to release funds from your bank after you make a payment, we will ask you to choose another method.
Passengers are liable for paying at the airport, phoning the airline, or calling and paying in advance due to price fluctuations such as airport fees, government tax, and so on. Failure to do so may result in your boarding been canceled.
The amount of luggage allowed varies based on the airline, destination, and class of travel. As a result, passengers must check their luggage allowances directly with the airline before traveling.
Ash travels Limited is not liable for Lost luggage. To ensure that your trip is safe, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Errors made during the booking process may result in your boarding being denied. Every ticket must be reviewed on the same day it is issued. Passengers who have the wrong name on their ticket will be denied boarding. During customer service hours, all tickets must be reviewed and reported.
To avoid paying the whole cancellation fee, air tickets must be canceled on the same day as they were issued. This must be done between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm by calling our customer service department.
The amount of the refund is depending on the air ticket purchased. Some tickets are non-refundable due to severe restrictions, while others are refundable minus the airline cancellation fee. Once filed to the airline, refunds can take up to 8-12 weeks to process.
Please contact us by phone or email if you need to cancel your reservation and want a refund. So, we can advise you if your ticket's fare conditions allow for a refund. If you want to proceed with the refund, you must notify us in writing of the passenger's name and E-ticket number, and you must receive confirmation from our customer service that your request has been authorized. Failure to do so may result in a no-show charge and a rejection of a refund. Refunds can take anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks to process, and you will not be refunded until we receive them from the airline or supplier. Non-refundable fees include booking fees, credit card charges, mailing costs, and any other fees you may have agreed to for past changes. The ticket will be deemed fully non-refundable if a recoverable air ticket refund is less than the above administration charge.
Changes in schedules and cancellations might happen at any time. Therefore, always confirm your flight departure 72 hours ahead of time. Failure to reconfirm could result in you missing your flight and causing you to purchase a new ticket.
Passengers who miss their flight will be faced with the issue of having to purchase a completely new flight ticket, depending on the terms of their previous ticket. Unfortunately, the majority of tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. The airport taxes are the only part of the ticket that is refundable.
Before the flight's departure, it is the responsibility of the customer to verify that all passengers' passports are still valid. The consumer also must determine whether a visa is required for entry into a foreign country. For transit limitations and fees, the consumer should contact the country's embassy and airline directly. If you don't have the proper papers to enter a nation, you'll be deported and lose all of your onward connections for the rest of your trip. Passengers will be charged a higher fee for new air tickets.
Always go over your insurance and make sure you know what you're insured for. The lower the price, the fewer benefits you will receive. There are a variety of insurance products available at varied costs. Travel insurance can be customized to meet your specific requirements. Before you get travel insurance coverage, be sure you know what it covers.
